Risk factors are calculated at rates of incidents one disease to another. The study groups
can be like factors or completely different depending on what the researcher needs to investigate.
Usually the research would look at like studies to understand the incidence of rate for getting
certain disease in a given population. The group may have same or different risk factors to give
the researcher a comparative factor for the study
